REGULAR is your size choice if you wear a womens size 8-12, are between 5'4" and 5'11" and weigh under 200 lbs. A LONG is your size if you wear a size 14 to 18; are over 5'11" or more than 200 lbs. XLONG size SlingEzee Baby Slings fit parents that are over 6 feet tall; more than 200 lbs. and wear a size 18 or larger.
