Shipping & Returns


No Restocking Fees! We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and offer a 20-day, money-back guarantee.

There will not be a restocking fee unless the item is listed below under specific brands!!

Please contact us for a RA number to return your item.

Please Note: We will deduct our cost of shipping to you from all returns. Even though we offer free shipping, we will not refund this amount back. Return shipping will be at your expense and we always recommend purchasing insurance on the return item in case it is is damaged. Any claims for damages occuring during the return shipping will be up to you to file. All returns must be in the same condition as received and all tags still in place or item will be returned to you. Items that are custom made such as some bedding sets, clothing, and personalized gifts, etc. are not refundable.

IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY ON SPECIFIC BRANDS

- Bump Maternity Returns will have a 25% Restocking Fee. Our shipping costs will also be deducted from refund.
- Shabby Apple Items cannot be returned!
- Badger Basket items may be returned if unused with a 30% Restocking Fee
- Davinci items may be returned only with RMA within 30 days
- Res-Q Item is non-returnable!!
- Corsican Any cancelled orders must be made within 7 calander days or there will be a 50% re-stocking fee.
- Mini Mink/OiOi items may NOT be returned.
- Timi & Leslie items are non returnable.
- Oeuf items are non returnable unless damaged during shipping. Replacement parts will be sent.
- Little Miss Liberty All sales are final. No returns/exchanges allowed on all items.
- Room Magic items may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final, no exceptions are allowed. If items are damaged during shipping we will send out replacement parts.
- Trend Lab Baby products are Non Returnable
- North States Gates items are non returnable
- Melissa Renee Maternity Return for size ONLY. No returns allowed.
- Foundations returns will include a 30% restocking fee.

Most of our items ship direct from our suppliers, so you may receive more than one shipment for multiple orders.

Items purchased through our gift registry will receive an in-store credit only.



Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase or a store credit will be issued. All returns must be in the same condition as received and all tags still in place or item will be returned to you.

Please do not simply try to return an item without contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN)or it will be returned. Please email customerserice@showeryourbaby.com or call 877-840-5224 us prior to ordering if this is a concern for you.

Since a lot of our merchandise is made per order just for you, cancellations may not be available after you place your order. We will do everything we can to contact our providers when we hear from you but cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or stopped.

Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
Please email or call our Customer Service Representative at amy@showeryourbaby.com or 1-877-840-5224 within 15 days of delivery so we can quickly arrange for a return or replacement.

Refused Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Shower Your Baby and any other related costs.
